Larnaca is considered to be the oldest city in Cyprus, founded in pre-Christian times. This is evidenced by the unique artifacts and architectural and historical monuments concentrated in the old center. The city received its modern name in 1600.

Modern Larnaca is one of the main seaside resorts of the island, having all the necessary conditions for a carefree holiday. Its coastline, stretching for more than 25 kilometers, offers beautiful sandy beaches with developed infrastructure and a warm clean sea.
