On April 18, the Moscow Air Traffic Control Center on the VATSIM network invites you to our traditional spring event, which will take place at Moscow Domodedovo Airport in Overload format.

Domodedovo Airport named after Mikhail Lomonosov is an international airport of federal importance and one of the four major airports serving Moscow and the Moscow region. It is the fourth busiest airport in Russia by passenger traffic. Its official name is “Moscow (Domodedovo)” named after Mikhail Lomonosov.

The event will traditionally be held in a one-room control format: the Moscow ATC team will gather together in a computer club and, for five hours, provide full ATC service based on the real-world schedule of one of Russia’s largest airports.

📌 Booking rules reminder: When operating a flight, pilots may substitute the assigned aircraft type with a similar one within the same family. For example, Airbus A32X family aircraft are interchangeable with each other or with the Boeing 737 family.

Slot booking timeline:
• Booking available until 18:00 UTC, April 15
• Slot confirmation: from 08:00 UTC, April 16 until 08:00 UTC, April 17
• Priority Wildcard: from 08:00 UTC, April 17
• General Wildcard: from 12:00 UTC, April 17 until 07:00 UTC, April 18

⚠️ IMPORTANT: During the confirmation period, please check the email address linked to your VATSIM account. If you do not confirm your slot by 08:00 UTC on April 17, it will be automatically cancelled and released to other users. You can confirm your slot on the website during the confirmation period or via the link sent to your email.
