Focus Moscow

New series of Major division events

On March 15, the Moscow FIR launches a new series of events in the “Focus” format — for the first time, several FIRs will be working departures toward a single destination city.

This evening, pilots will depart from major regional airports and set course for Moscow. Pulkovo, Minsk, Kurumoch, Gumrak (Stalingrad), and Koltsovo will send virtual pilots toward the airports of Moscow’s “Big Three.”

Throughout the event, full ATC coverage will be provided both in the departure regions and within Moscow airspace, allowing pilots to complete their flights in conditions as close as possible to real-world traffic levels
