Greetings, boys, girls and Povolzhye enjoyers! Would you like to fly a bit closer and lower?

This Sunday, June 8th, from 12:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC you are welcome to fly VFR from Samara Kurumoch UWWW to Kazan UWKD and/or back. Along the flight route you will see yourself why Povolzhye is called "Heart of Russia" - enjoy the views of Zhigulyevskiy Nature Reserve, city of Tolyatti, Kuybishev reservoir, city of Ulyanovsk and its' Imperial and Presidential bridges, main VFR navigational point - town of Tetyushi, "Lobach Mountain" wildlife sanctuary that will welcome you into Tatarstan, Volgo-Kamsky Nature Reserve, and, obviously, great Volga river.

Choose any of two airports as your start point: from 12:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC in Kazan and Kurumoch full ATC service will be provided. Along the route you are welcome to enjor coverage of rarely-staffed low enroute ATC sectors - Samara Control, Ulyanovsk Control and Kazan Control.

We routinely remind you to bring extra fuel. Some delays are always expected, but in case of heavy traffic congestion expect delays (including holds). Or maybe you just want to enjoy the beauties for a little longer?
