Turnaround to Samara

Hey, boys and girls!

Moscow and Samara FIRs invite you to join our turnaround event from three main Moscow airport (UUEE / UUWW / UUDD) to the capital of Volga region - a gorgeous Samara!

On Saturday, 18th of January, from 15:00 to 20:00 UTC a full ATC service will be provided for the above said Moscow airports and Samara Kurumoch airport (UWWW).

For this event you have to book a slot at https://slots.vatrus.info. Slots will be opened for booking on 12/01/2025 12:00 UTC and have to be confirmed by you further when you receive the respective notification from the booking system on your email.

Please note that if you do not confirm your slot, you will lose it, and it will be available as a "wildcard" for other pilots the day before the event starts.

You may choose which departure airport is your favorite (you may depart either from Moscow or Samara) but please note that flight time from Moscow to Samara or vice-versa is about 1h25min, so not all the slots will let you fly both ways. So, if you are limited on time and don't want to make a full turnaround but a one-way flight only - please choose later slots rather than early slots, letting people wishing fly both ways to complete their journeys within the event timeline.

As usual we suggest to get another 1-2 tons of extra fuel just in case.
