Cross VATRUS. Day 6

Final weekend!

We are on final day of our 3-weeks trip over VATRUS Division.

On Sunday, November, 10th, we will fly 3 final legs. We begin at 1000 UTC.

We remind you that throughout the entire Cross VATRUS, pilot booking will work, which guarantees you a minimum of delays and the opportunity to fly as many legs as you wish.

Slots are assigned as EOBT (Estimated Off Block Time) - the time at which the aircraft should start start-up or push-back. It is not necessary to push out exactly in a minute. This can be done 5 minutes before and 10 minutes after the slot time.

There are 2 requirements for the aircraft participating in the event: the aircraft on the cruise at minimum Mach .75 and max Mach .99 (Concorde and Tu-144 are not suitable). The rest of the aircraft are allowed.

After your slot application is reviewed and the time is set, an email with the slot time, route and airport features will be sent to the email linked to the VATSIM account. Also, the time of all your slots will be displayed on the booking site.

If you decide not to fly on the route provided in the slot, the slot may be canceled and there may be delays at the arrival airport due to boards with slots, since they have priority.

If you decide to fly without a slot, there may be delays at the departure and arrival airports due to boards with slots.

If you are late for your slot time, you will be assigned the next free slot (it may be in an hour or more). Also, the slots of the following legs will be transferred.
