Features

According to the information in the AIP, pockets are not used for turning. It is not allowed to use the runway beyond the entry signs.

Airspace class - G

From the ground to 5000'

All aircraft must establish contact with the ATC at least 5 minutes before:

- entering the FIR of the landing site;
- planned engine start in order to coordinate the departure time.

When performing IFR flights, it is PROHIBITED:

- more than one aircraft performing an IFR flight in the FIR of the landing site;
- helicopter flights (light aircraft) within a 10 km radius from the ARP when an aircraft making an IFR landing approach is in the FIR of the landing site;
- crossing standard IFR arrival routes at altitudes above 700 ft closer than 15 km from the ARP when an aircraft making an IFR landing approach is in the FIR of the landing site.

Arrival.

When entering the FIR of the landing site, the PIC informs the flight control authority about:

- aircraft identification index and aircraft type;
- aircraft location;
- flight level (altitude);
- landing or transit flight through the FIR of the landing site, indicating the entry and exit points;
- the selected approach system and standard arrival route;
- time (time interval) of contact (when performing aviation work in the landing area FIR.

The aircraft crew receives information from the ATC about:

- air situation, airspace use restrictions;
- meteorological conditions at the landing area, QNH pressure value of the landing area (QFE of the landing area - on request);
- all changes in the navigation, meteorological and ornithological situation.

The final decision on landing is made by the aircraft commander.

After landing, the aircraft commander is obliged to immediately vacate the runway and inform the FIO unit about it.

Visual approach.

Visual approach is permitted only if there are no aircraft performing IFR flights in the landing area FIR and there is information about aircraft performing VFR flights.

The aircraft crew informs the ATC about the decision to perform a visual approach to the landing.

The responsibility for maintaining a safe flight path and safe descent profile rests with the aircraft crew.

In case of loss of visual contact with the runway and/or its reference points, the aircraft crew performs the go-around procedure under IFR and immediately informs the ATC about it.

Departure.

The aircraft crew planning to depart from the airdrome, with subsequent entry into the controlled airspace of class "C" of the Tyumen ACC, must agree on the planned departure time, the point and time of exit from the FIR of the landing site, and obtain permission to enter the Tyumen ACC.

A request for permission is made through the Traffic Informator.

Having made the decision to depart, the aircraft crew informs the Traffic Informator about:

- aircraft identification index and aircraft type;
- aircraft location;
- estimated departure time;
- selected runway number for takeoff;
- name of the standard departure route by instruments or exit direction from the landing site FIR.

The aircraft crew receives information from the ATC about:

- the air situation, the location of departing and landing aircraft (flight rules for these aircraft, if necessary), navigation, meteorological and ornithological conditions;
- the presence of an approved flight plan;
- the presence of an air traffic control clearance to enter the controlled airspace of the Tyumen ACC (when planning a flight in class "C" airspace);
- the relative location of the aircraft on the landing site maneuvering area;
- the presence of restrictions in the landing site FIR;
- the code of the VSR transponder (if necessary);
- the recommended take-off time (if necessary).
